Both my wristbands that I ordered did not work

Both my wristbands that I ordered did not work. I have also reached out on social for someone to revert back to me but with no joy.

Hi Elzaan, thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about your disappointment. I just want to kindly clarify a few things: you ordered two bracelets – What Would Jesus Do and You Are. As shown on our website, only the What Would Jesus Do bracelet is interactive (indicated by the three-stripe NFC logo, the included instruction card, and also by the price difference). The You Are bracelet is not interactive, and this is stated on the product page.

I did reply to your message on 11 August and explained this in detail, but it seems that reply may not have reached you. I also tried to contact you again today to assist further. I even offered you a discount as a gesture of goodwill. And you did indeed let me know that one of your bracelets is working as only one of them should.

I truly value every customer and always try to help as best I can. I’m never disrespectful, and I’m sorry if this caused any misunderstanding. My aim has always been to give you the best experience possible.
